Wausau Health & Fitness was established in 1996 in Wausau, WI and moved to our current location in Rib Mountain in 2006.  Our 24/7 Express location in Weston opened in 2008.  The Tesch & Jaworski families along with their professional staff truly enjoy serving the Wausau area and surrounding communities. With over 50 years of combined fitness education and experience, the owners of Wausau Health & Fitness are dedicated to providing a clean, safe and family-oriented environment.  Our attitude of “practice what you preach” helps us keep in tune with what our members expect and deserve in a health club.

Our Weston Express club is a 24/7 fitness facility to serve your workout needs beyond the hours of our full service club.
